It is not necessarily the place where you will find all of the young and trendsetting elite, but it does regularly come in top 10 polls concerning the best bars in America. This is a non-nonsense establishment, where you can go and enjoy a cold beer and admire the decorations and various artifacts which are rich in history. This was a favorite drinking spot of Abraham Lincoln, so it is sure to live up to other people’s expectations, as well.

If you are looking for the ultimate celebrity experience in New York, then you can head on out to the 40/40 Club, a sports bar which is co-owned by famed New York rapper Jay-Z. Here you are guaranteed to see all of the celebs that are in the city and looking for a great time. You might find it difficult gaining entrance and it will be pretty rough on your wallet, but this bar is sure to show you the exotic and glamorous side of the New York lifestyle.
