Summer is the period of time that tends to remain in your memories. Well, what if we tell you that there are ways to make it even more unforgettable? Taste is one of our most powerful senses and is often impossible to forget, especially when you like something you taste!
We’ve put together new summer recipes, which you have never tried in your life. Well, it’s time to!
Strawberry ice cream on sticks
A homemade strawberry ice cream on sticks is much healthier than ice cream you get from a shop. With its taste, it reminds creamy ice, but contains less fat.
14 oz. of ripe strawberry
3/4 cup of milk
1 ¾ cups of condensed milk
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 12
1. Wash the strawberries. Remove any bits of stems, leaves and soft or mushy strawberries. Blend the strawberries in a blender or kitchen machine until smooth.
2. Add milk and condensed milk. Stir it up. Pour out the blend into 12 plastic molds for ice cream, and insert 12 sticks.
3. Put it into a freezer, and keep it there for at least 4 hours.
4. Heat up the molds with warm water to be able to take out the ice cream. The ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Fruit ice on sticks
It’s a light and healthy summer dessert.
1 sweet peach
2 ripe kiwis
1/2 cup of blueberries or blackberries
3/4 cup of sweet strawberries
1 ½ – 2 cups of white grape juice
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8
1. Wash all fruit and berries and dry them off. Slice the peach so that each piece is approx. 0.4 inches thick. Peel off the kiwi and slice it so that each piece is 5 mm thick. Cut the strawberries without peduncles in half.
2. Divide the fruit and berries between 8 plastic molds for ice cream. Pour in as much grape juice as required to cover the fruit.
3. Insert 8 sticks and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. Such fruit ice can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Strawberry dessert with yogurt and corn flakes
If you love eating sweets, try this recipe this summer! You will enjoy this tasty strawberry yogurt with corn flakes.
8 oz of sweet yogurt with no additives
2 cups of strawberries
Add confectioners’ sugar to the taste
4 tablespoons of corn flakes
Add mint for the purpose of decoration
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
1. Wash the strawberries. Remove any bits of stems, leaves and soft or mushy strawberries. Put aside half of the strawberries and slice them in half.
2. Blend yogurt and strawberries in a blender. Taste it and add confectioners’ sugar if needed.
3. Lay out corn flakes and sliced strawberries at the bottom of the ice cream bowl.
4. Pour the strawberry yogurt into the ice cream bowl and top it with mint and berries.
