Modelsmania Brand Ambassador
Terms and Conditions
A. As a Modelsmania Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:
1. I am 18 years of age or older.
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of Modelsmania. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
• I will promote and market Modelsmania products to customers.
• Receive product images and videos on social networks.
• I am allowed to create and design my own product flyers for Modelsmania and must be approved for promotional use.
• Share brand messages and flyers on social networks
• Some models as Brand Ambassadors will receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images or videos.
• Share content using brand hashtags: #modelsmania
3. I will receive a percentage of earnings every two weeks or every month. Payments will be sent using PayPal or Venmo.
4. Orders submitted by customers must be used with the Brand Ambassador’s code in order for the Brand Ambassador to receive credit to their account. No cash compensation will be provided by Modelsmania. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
5. I will not share my Brand Ambassador promotion code with anyone else.
6. I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
7. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
8. I will promote Modelsmania products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos showcasing the products. I will contact Modelsmania if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed.
9. I will post Modelsmania products and flyers on at least 5 days weekly.
10. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of Modelsmania. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program.
11. If Modelsmania terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have two months to use the exclusive promotional code.
12. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program, and post at least on 5 days every week.
13. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
14. I have read and agree to these terms.
